Important Notice about Credit Card Payment
Due to our system specifications, credit card payments selected as “Pay by Credit Card” may not be processed correctly.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please select “PayPal” as your payment method.
You can use your credit card safely through PayPal.

This page explains important information for customers living outside Japan. Please read the following points carefully before placing an order.
1. Website Language
Our online shop is displayed in Japanese only. If you do not understand Japanese, we recommend using a browser translation function, such as the one in Google Chrome.
Please download Google Chrome to your smartphone or computer and turn on the automatic translation function. All pages, including the product and checkout pages, can then be viewed in your preferred language.
2. International Shipping (Forwarding Services)
At the moment, we do not ship directly overseas. If you would like to receive items outside Japan, please use an international forwarding service company.
Your order will be shipped from our shop to the address of the forwarding company in Japan. The forwarding company will then send the parcel from Japan to your country.
International Shipping Flow（海外発送の流れ）
- Choose and register with a forwarding service company in Japan.
- Receive your Japanese shipping address from the forwarding company.
- Enter that address as the shipping address when ordering from our shop.
- We ship the items from our shop to the forwarding company in Japan.
- The forwarding company ships the parcel from Japan to your country.
Examples of forwarding service companies:
Please register your personal information and address directly with the forwarding company you choose. After registration, you will receive a Japanese shipping address from the company, which you can enter as the delivery address on our site.
Once the parcel has been delivered from our shop to the forwarding company, we cannot check the shipping status from the forwarding company to your country.
If you do not receive a shipping notice or if there is a delay, please contact the forwarding company first.
Some customers also ask a friend living in Japan to receive the items and then send them overseas. Please kindly understand that we cannot take responsibility for any damage or trouble that occurs during overseas shipping.
3. Payment Method
For overseas customers, we recommend using PayPal. Through PayPal, you can pay by credit card safely and smoothly.

4. Returns and Handmade Items
Many of our products are handmade. Each piece has its own character, and there may be slight differences in size, color, pattern, glaze, and texture.
These variations are not considered defects, but rather the natural charm of handmade items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (for example, “the color is slightly different from what I imagined”).
Before ordering, please read the notes and descriptions on each product page carefully. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
If there is damage or trouble that occurs during international shipping from the forwarding company to your country, please contact the forwarding company directly. They will handle issues related to delivery accidents.
We generally do not accept returns or refunds for customer reasons. Thank you very much for your understanding.
